Complete removal and replacement – Our paving professionals allow us to be competitive in all phases of removing and replacing existing Concrete surfaces. We can also offer alternatives in some cases to save money or extend the life.

  • Curbs: Concrete curbs can be either be formed and installed as new construction with new parking lots or they can be replaced when damaged or deteriorated.

  • Sidewalks: They are most often constructed of concrete, primarily for its ability to maintain a straight and rigid edge. Concrete work by Rabine

  • Entrance Aprons: They are the pathway between parking lots and streets. While appearing to be little more than a sidewalk with the curb removed, approaches are significant concrete structures that are designed to withstand considerable traffic.

  • Trench Drains: They are used to carry water down the middle of parking lots and roadways, especially where drainage is slight, and where water moves frequently or slowly. Concrete can be installed with more precise elevation control than asphalt, making it a better candidate for carrying water where very slight drainage or slope exists. In older parking lots that have poor drainage, concrete Trench drains can often be installed as a retrofit to improve the flow of rainwater and reduce further pavement deterioration.

  • Dolly & Dumpster Pads: Along Loading Docks in Industrial Parks & where dumpsters are emptied frequently, a concrete pad is a better alternative to asphalt. When trucks lift loaded dumpsters into the air to dump them, the loads on the pavement from the front tires of the truck are enormous, localized, and repetitive. The rigid surface that concrete provides distributes that load across a wide area, reducing the stress on the soils beneath to a level that they are able to bear without displacement.
